Whistler, B.C. – Whistler Cornucopia celebrates its 30th edition this November, marking three decades of bringing epicureans together over exceptional food, drink and shared experiences in the mountains. Returning November 5-15, 2026, the milestone festival will honour the people, flavours and experiences that have shaped Cornucopia over the years, while looking ahead to its future by showcasing the next generation of culinary talent and fresh takes on festival favourites.

“We wanted Cornucopia’s 30th edition to have a festival lineup that feels worthy of the milestone,” says Jasmine Robinson, Event Director of Cornucopia. “We’ve woven special touches throughout the program, including new experiences created specifically for the 30th and fresh takes on signature events and festival favourites. We’re excited to make this milestone edition one to remember.”

Celebrating 30 Years

Leading the 30th Edition celebrations is a new 30th Edition Dinner with Reception on Friday, November 6, bringing together chefs from a selection of celebrated Whistler restaurants for a collaborative dinner of up to seven courses, with each restaurant taking the lead on a course. The evening will begin with a reception featuring a selection of premium wines before guests sit down for the one-of-a-kind dinner celebrating Whistler’s culinary community and its longstanding connection to Cornucopia.

The celebrations continue on Saturday, November 14 with the 30th Edition Cornucopia Gala, inspired by the mythology of the cornucopia, or “horn of plenty,” that gave the festival its name. Drawing on themes of abundance and celebration, the evening will feature live music and dancing, with Famous Players Band taking the stage and guests encouraged to embrace the spirit of the gods with Greek-inspired glamour. An optional Elevated Early Entry add-on will kick off the evening with a food reception featuring some of Cornucopia’s celebrated chefs before the main festivities begin.

Returning Signature Events

A cornerstone of Cornucopia, CRUSH Grand Tasting returns on Saturday, November 7, bringing together standout wineries from the Pacific Northwest and beyond alongside bites from leading chefs. To mark the 30th edition, CRUSH will feature an Elevated Early Entry experience, enhancing the traditional early reception with a special selection of premium wines before the main tasting begins.

Cornucopia’s past and future will come together on Friday, November 13 at Night Market: Legends & Next Generation, which pairs established culinary talent with the next generation of chefs. Top students from LaSalle College will lead half of the event’s culinary stations alongside veteran chefs from throughout Cornucopia’s history, spotlighting both the talent that has shaped the festival and those who will shape what comes next.

Other returning highlights include:

  • BC House Party (November 5) – The Cornucopia kickoff party returns, celebrating BC’s food and drink industry with wine, spirits and beer from producers across the province, alongside live music and local cuisine.
  • Murder Mystery Dinner (November 8) – Gourmet food and wine meet an interactive whodunnit, with guests dressing for the theme and working together to solve a fictional crime.
  • With a Twist (November 8) - The popular party returns with a refreshed, tasting-focused format, featuring beverage stations, the Silent Disco and DJs including beloved favourite Foxy Moron to keep the party going.
  • Comedy Kitchen (November 12) – Returning for 2026 with a new comedian, Damonde Tschritter.

What's New for 2026

Also joining the program is Brunch League on Sunday, November 15, a lively new karaoke brunch inspired by Belfast Brunch, a viral social brunch concept that has made its way to Canada from the UK and Ireland.
