Whistler, B.C. – Tickets are now on sale for Whistler Wine Walk, inviting guests to start their Whistler weekend with an evening exploring the resort’s vibrant gallery scene. Taking place on Fridays in October, the popular fall event features guided gallery walks, BC wines, paired chocolate and interactive art experiences.

New for 2026, the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre, which celebrates the cultures of the Squamish Nation and Lil'wat Nation, will join Whistler Wine Walk for one night only on October 9. Nk’Mip Cellars, an Indigenous-owned winery located in BC’s Okanagan wine region, will be featured exclusively that evening. Chocolate pairings and a non-alcoholic wine option are also new additions to each week of the Wine Walk experience this year.

First introduced in 2019, Whistler Wine Walk offers four guided routes each evening, with three gallery stops on each tour and BC wine served at each stop. All routes culminate at the Audain Art Museum, where guests come together for canapés, music and an exclusive tour of Solstice: Through Storm & Stillness, a special exhibition opening in October and running through winter that explores themes of endurance, resilience and renewal through works from the Museum’s Permanent Collection. The events typically sell out, and advance ticket purchase is required.

“Whistler may be best known for its mountains and outdoor experiences, but there’s so much more to discover here, including a thriving arts and culture scene, incredible dining and a strong lineup of events,” said Bree Eagles, Manager of Events at Tourism Whistler. “Fall is such a great time to experience that side of Whistler, and Wine Walk brings together some of the best of it, pairing our local gallery scene with fantastic BC wines. We’re also excited to welcome the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre to Wine Walk for the first time this year.”

Other participating venues for 2026 include Adele Campbell Fine Art Gallery, Audain Art Museum, Mountain Galleries at the Fairmont, The Plaza Galleries and Whistler Contemporary Gallery at the Hilton.

Featured wineries are all BC-based and include Fort Berens Estate Winery, Kismet Estate Winery, 8th Generation Vineyard and Lightning Rock Winery, with Nk’Mip Cellars featured exclusively at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre on October 9.

Whistler Wine Walk kicks off a packed season of arts, culture and culinary events in Whistler, followed by the Whistler Writers Festival November 5-8, Cornucopia November 5–15 and the Whistler Film Festival December 2–6.

Whistler Wine Walk takes place from 6 to 8:15 PM each Friday in October (October 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30). Tickets are $29 plus tax and are available now at whistler.com/events/whistler-wine-walk.
