Nourish Whistler Wellness Series Features Globally Recognized Practitioners Alongside Local Talent

Whistler, B.C. – Nourish Whistler Wellness Series returns this June with a dynamic roster of more than 40 wellness practitioners, chefs, artists and facilitators, bringing together globally recognized voices and local practitioners for a month-long celebration of wellbeing in the mountains.

Immersed in Whistler’s forested, alpine and lakeside settings, Nourish Whistler features more than 100 events throughout the month spanning movement, mindfulness, culinary experiences, creativity and discovery. The lineup and format embrace a broad approach to wellbeing, encouraging participants to build an experience shaped by their own interests and intentions.

The following practitioners highlight the range of experiences featured throughout Nourish Whistler Wellness Series:

Visiting Talent

Leading this year’s lineup is internationally acclaimed yoga teacher, activist and author Seane Corn, returning to Nourish Whistler for a second consecutive year. Known for her transformative teaching style and decades of leadership in yoga, Seane Corn will lead a series of immersive workshops exploring embodied healing, ritual, spiritual practice and self-inquiry.

Joining the lineup for the first time is Indigenous wellness advocate and media personality Shayla Stonechild, a proud Red River Métis and Nehiyaw iskwew (Plains Cree woman) whose work centres around Indigenous healing, representation and empowerment. A global yoga ambassador for Lululemon and the first Indigenous woman featured on the cover of Yoga Journal, Shayla Stonechild will lead two Rooted Flow yoga sessions hosted at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre.

Nourish Whistler’s culinary programming explores the role food plays in wellbeing through educational workshops, cultural experiences and elevated dining. Chef and Chopped Canada winner Alana Maas will host nourishing culinary experiences focused on approachable food and community gathering, while acclaimed West Coast chef Quang Dang brings his sustainable, Pacific Northwest-inspired perspective to lakeside dining experiences.

Local Practitioners

The lineup also highlights Whistler’s thriving local wellness community, with practitioners whose work is deeply connected with the culture and landscape of the region.

Adventure-based wellness guide and Ayurvedic practitioner Nicki McKeon will lead restorative yoga, guided alpine experiences and outdoor confidence workshops designed to foster self-discovery and connection through nature.

Contemporary artist Andrea Mueller brings creativity into the wellness conversation through immersive art experiences focused on mindfulness, expression and emotional wellbeing.

The culinary lineup also highlights local voices shaping Whistler’s food culture. Local wellness expert and Slow Food advocate Astrid Cameron Kent will share workshops on fermentation, longevity and holistic health practices.

Lil’wat Nation chef Maggie Wallace brings Indigenous cuisine and cultural connection to the Spo7ez Summer Solstice Feast at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre.

Executive Chef Tinh Truong of Whistler’s acclaimed Rimrock Café brings a thoughtful approach to culinary wellness through intimate dining experiences exploring nourishment, energy and performance through carefully curated, iron-rich Pacific Northwest cuisine.

Nourish Whistler Wellness Series is a month-long celebration of wellness held each June in Whistler, British Columbia.
