Whistler, B.C. – Whistler is getting ready to raise a glass to three decades of Cornucopia as the celebrated food and drink festival returns November 5–15, 2026. Marking its milestone 30th edition, Cornucopia will feature more than 100 events over 11 days, showcasing celebrated chefs, winemakers, sommeliers and culinary experts through an exciting lineup of signature celebrations, tastings, seminars and culinary experiences.

“Cornucopia is a highlight of Whistler's annual events calendar and a wonderful reflection of the exceptional culinary experiences our destination has to offer,” says Tory Kargl, Vice President of Destination & Market Development at Tourism Whistler. “Reaching 30 years is an incredible milestone, and we're excited to celebrate with the community and longtime supporters who have helped make Cornucopia what it is today, while welcoming a new generation of guests to discover the festival for the first time.”

While some events have already sold out, tickets remain available for several Cornucopia events. Highlights of the lineup include:

A Collaborative Milestone Dinner

On Friday, November 6, the 30th Celebration Dinner with Reception will bring together celebrated local chefs from across Whistler's culinary community for a special evening honouring the festival's three-decade history. Beginning with a wine tasting reception, the event will feature a collaborative multi-course dinner with curated wine pairings and storytelling throughout the evening.

The newly revealed menu features creations from chefs representing Bearfoot Bistro, Mekong, Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Sodexo and Il Caminetto, with highlights including Isan-style Thai beef tartare, maple-miso glazed Chilean sea bass and braised Wagyu beef cheek.

Signature Celebrations

CRUSH Grand Tasting, Cornucopia's flagship wine tasting event, returns on Saturday, November 7, showcasing an exceptional selection of wines from BC, the Pacific Northwest and around the world. Guests can explore the tasting room at their own pace, meet winemakers and producers, and discover new favourites while enjoying culinary bites and live entertainment.

The celebrations continue with the 30th Edition Cornucopia Gala on Saturday, November 14, featuring live music and dancing with Famous Players Band. Guests can elevate their evening with an exclusive Early Entry experience, offering access one hour before the main doors open to enjoy five culinary stations with thoughtfully selected beverage pairings, meet the chefs and producers behind the creations, and savour the experience before the main festivities begin.

On Sunday, November 15, Brunch League brings the festival to a close with a lively day party combining sweet and savoury brunch bites, cocktails, music and dancing. Inspired by the popular singalong brunch concept, the event offers a fun new way to enjoy brunch with friends, complete with favourite tunes, plenty of singing and a party atmosphere.

More Than 100 Events Across 11 Days

Beyond the signature events, Cornucopia offers a diverse lineup of experiences throughout the 11-day festival. Restaurant + Bar Events showcase Whistler's culinary scene, while more than 40 Drink Seminars offer guided tastings of wine, spirits, beer and more, led by industry experts. The Culinary Stage Series brings leading chefs and culinary experts to the stage for live cooking demonstrations, creative dishes and practical tips and techniques to inspire guests in their own kitchens.
