Whistler, B.C. – Tickets are now on sale for the Nourish Whistler Wellness Series, returning to the resort this June with its most expansive program to date. The full schedule is now live, featuring more than 100 curated events and over 40 practitioners and presenters.
Nourish Whistler is a month-long celebration of well-being in Whistler, a destination known for its beautiful mountain setting and wide variety of wellness experiences rooted in nature, including world-class spas, yoga and fitness studios, and endless opportunities for outdoor exploration.
Nourish Whistler invites guests to create their own experience across a program spanning movement, mindfulness, culinary, creativity and discovery. Shaped by Whistler’s landscape and local community, the series encourages a flexible approach to wellness that feels approachable and meaningful, meeting participants wherever they are, from those new to wellness to those more deeply engaged.
“We’re excited to bring the Nourish Whistler Wellness Series back for its fourth year, with a program that has grown significantly in both offerings and expertise,” says Bree Eagles, Manager of Events at Tourism Whistler.
“What I love about Nourish Whistler is that it doesn’t fit neatly into one category – it’s something beautifully in between a festival, retreat and mountain escape. The pop-up locations across Whistler offer a sense of discovery and something special that doesn’t exist outside of Nourish Whistler programming. Events are designed to be welcoming to everyone, with the flexibility to explore the series in a way that feels right for them.”
Expanded Program Offers More Ways to Participate
The 2026 schedule reflects a significant evolution of Whistler’s annual wellness celebration, with additional yoga and sound bath experiences, as well as talks and workshops exploring topics such as longevity, human design and nature-based healing. With a wide range of formats and offerings, the expanded schedule ensures participants will find experiences that align with their interests, energy and experience level.
Events take place across a range of settings in Whistler, thoughtfully selected and designed to highlight the surrounding landscape. Many sessions take place outdoors or in distinctive venues, where the natural environment helps to shape each experience. These include pop-up locations The Lookout, a new glass-fronted venue on Blackcomb Mountain, as well as The Dome on Whistler Mountain, and Station House on the shores of Alta Lake.
A Growing Roster of Talent
This year’s lineup brings together a mix of internationally recognized wellness leaders, chefs, and emerging local talent, who will lead a range of classes, workshops and culinary experiences, reinforcing Whistler’s position as a growing hub for wellness travel.
