Whistler, B.C. – Whistler Cornucopia, the resort’s premier celebration of food and drink, returns November 6–16, 2025, with an exciting lineup of exclusive dining experiences hosted by Whistler’s world-class restaurants and bars. Tickets for these highly anticipated events are now available.
Guests are invited to savour chef-curated menus, thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines and craft cocktails, all set against the stunning backdrop of Whistler. From intimate multi-course dinners to spirited parties, Cornucopia’s restaurant and bar events showcase the eclectic, adventurous culinary spirit that defines the resort.

Il Caminetto Presents: Explore Bolgheri Toscana with Castello di Bolgheri – November 6
A five-course Tuscan-inspired menu by Executive Chef Mark McLoughlin, paired with Castello di Bolgheri wines, guided by Max Schweisfurth.

Hosted at the new L’Après Lounge in Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa, this dinner pairs Chef Julian Owen-Mold’s creations with wines from Fort Berens Estate Winery of Lillooet, BC.
