Nourish Whistler Wellness Series Kicks off with Mindful Movement, Mountain Moments and Culinary Connection

Whistler, B.C. – The third annual Nourish Whistler Wellness Series kicked off this past weekend with a vibrant mix of movement, meditation, culinary excellence and deep relaxation—all set against Whistler’s natural backdrop.

Spanning five weekends from May 31 to June 29, there is still time for visitors to curate their own wellness retreat by choosing from 60+ wellness-themed events.

“Nourish is about celebrating wellness in a way that feels both approachable and inspiring,” says Bree Eagles, Manager, Destination Experience at Tourism Whistler. “This series invites guests to embrace Whistler’s springtime renewal through thoughtful experiences that foster movement, learning and a deep sense of revitalization.”

With several highly anticipated events for Nourish Whistler Wellness Series quickly approaching sell-out status, attendees are encouraged to explore the diverse lineup and secure their participation in this exceptional experience without delay.

  • Art of Wellness Long Table Dinner – June 20: A few tickets remain for this signature dining event. Enjoy a stunning outdoor setting at the Audain Art Museum, a four-course seasonal menu, live music by Stephanie Lundy, an interactive garden installation, and a Director’s Tour of Edward Burtynsky’s Coastal Mountains. Tickets include access to The Art of Wellness Market.
  • Wellness Brunches – Sundays at Station House: These nourishing lakeside brunches pair bold flavours with thoughtful ingredients in a four-course, wellness-forward menu. Held every Sunday through June 29 on the scenic shores of Alta Lake, this intimate experience offers a soulful start to the day.
  • Guided Alpine Hikes with Wild Vedas –June 8: Led by Nicki McKeon of Wild Vedas Adventure-Based Wellness, these beginner-friendly alpine hikes offer a sensory journey through Whistler’s snow-sculpted landscape. Guests explore the connection between nature and well-being while walking at a relaxed pace along scenic alpine trails.
  • Paint & Picnic: Bear Cubs – June 8: Local artist Andrea Mueller guides participants on a relaxing, beginner-friendly paint session at Station House on Alta Lake. Learn to paint a vibrant black bear cub while enjoying peaceful lake views, light snacks and a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage. No experience required—just bring your creativity!
  • Practice with Seane Corn – June 20-22: Internationally renowned yoga teacher, author and activist Seane Corn brings her empowering presence to Nourish with a series of events designed to deepen personal awareness and support inner transformation. With more than 30 years of experience, Seane is known for her work at the intersection of yoga and social change, and is facilitating five sessions between June 20 and 22 at Nourish.
  • Summer Manifestation Ritual – June 21: Align with the energy on the longest day of the year through transformative ritual, guided by manifestation expert Lily Chandra. The session combines a tea ceremony, meditation and intention-setting practices to help attendees gain clarity, reset their goals and harness solstice energy for personal growth and abundance.
  • The Art of Wellness Market – June 20 & 21: A full-day of wellness, connection and discovery at the Audain Art Museum. For just $5, guests receive all-day access to a thoughtfully curated selection of wellness vendors and artisanal food purveyors, Museum galleries, including Edward Burtynsky’s Coastal Mountains and movement sessions including:

        - Yoga with Laura Douglas (10:30 – 11:30 AM)
        - Tai Chi with Master Sun Ying (1 – 2 PM)
        - Family Dance Party with ALGN (3 – 4 PM)

    This is a family-friendly, drop-in-style event—come for an hour or stay for the  day.
