Nourish Whistler Brings World-Class Talent to Stunning Locations

Whistler, B.C. – The Nourish Whistler Wellness Series returns this spring, bringing together an extraordinary lineup of internationally acclaimed talent and unforgettable wellness experiences set in some of Whistler’s most inspiring locations.
From May 31 to June 29, the expanded 2025 Nourish program features more than 60 events across five weekends, providing opportunities for participants to move, create, reflect and connect.
A World-Class Lineup of Wellness Leaders
This year’s series spotlights a distinguished roster of over 20 facilitators—spanning yoga instructors, authors, doctors, thought leaders, and celebrated chefs—who will guide guests through transformative experiences designed to nourish the mind, body and spirit.
Highlights from the 2025 talent lineup include:

Seane Corn, internationally-acclaimed yoga teacher, author and public speaker, known for her inspirational teaching and activism.

Molly Kawahata, a compelling international speaker and former climate advisor to the Obama White House.

Catherine Roscoe Barr, wellness and fitness coach, author, and founder of The Life Delicious, blending neuroscience with wellness practices.

Dr. Lara Aknin, Professor of Social Psychology, offering insights into human connection and happiness.

Chef Quang Dang, celebrated culinary leader and Executive Chef and Owner of QD Catering + Hospitality, a culinary social enterprise organization, known for his refined, seasonal menus.

Laura Douglas, a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and the founder of We Dip Whistler, offering breathwork and cold exposure experiences designed to enhance resilience, mental clarity and overall well-being.

Emily Kane, a Whistler-based yoga teacher, Reiki Master and Thai Medicine Practitioner, Emily blends kinesiology and traditional healing practices to guide transformative experiences.

Chef Maggie Wallace, Sous Chef at Thunderbird Café & Catering at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre, showcasing local ingredients and First Nations cuisine.

Chef Alana Maas, Chopped Canada winner, Maas has worked in some of the most demanding kitchens in Vancouver, earning recognition as a leading and coveted chef in the city.
Iconic Whistler Locations Set the Stage
The Nourish Whistler Wellness Series takes guests beyond the studio to some of Whistler’s most breathtaking indoor and outdoor locations:

The Art of Wellness Signature Events at Audain Art Museum (June 20–21): A two-day experience blending movement, art, culinary and mindful connection.

Grillin' & Chillin’ BBQ Series each Saturday and Wellness Brunches every Sunday in June at the Station House on Alta Lake featuring top local chefs, celebrating wholesome, seasonal cuisine.

Wellness workshops, masterclasses and mindful movement classes which take place in a geodesic dome located on Whistler Mountain, offering vista views and fresh mountain air to support the Nourish experience. The dome will be located on the Observation Deck of the Roundhouse Lodge, accessed via the Whistler Village Gondola.

Other highlights include forest bathing in Rebagliati Park, fitness classes under Audain Art Museum, Sound Baths at Yogacara, and dance classes at Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre.
