Whistler, BCCornucopia, Whistler’s premier celebration of food + drink, recently announced the line-up of Restaurant and Bar Events for this year’s festival, taking place from November 7-17th. These unique dining experiences feature chef-curated menus, exceptionally paired with craft cocktails or wines from around the world.

Fairmont Chateau Whistler: The Return of Radiante
Experience an evening of Mexican-inspired dining on Friday, November 8th at 7:00 PM, with a fiesta of flavours. Featuring an exquisite reception, refreshing Don Julio tequila cocktails and Corona Cervezas, live chef stations, tequila luge, ice sculptures, homemade 'picante' hot sauce station with a unique Day of the Dead-inspired décor, Radiante Dinner is set to be a vibrant and delightful journey through Mexico.

Four Seasons Whistler: A5 Olive Fed Wagyu Tasting Menu
Don’t miss Sidecut Steakhouse’s A5 Olive-fed Wagyu experience on both Friday, November 8th and Saturday, November 9th at 6:00 PM. This exclusive five-course tasting menu, crafted by Executive Chef Sajish Kumar Das, showcases the rare and extraordinary A5 O-fed Wagyu, available exclusively at Sidecut in Canada.

Mekong: Tantalus Winemaker’s Dinner
On Thursday, November 14th at 6:00 PM, Mekong pairs its bold Southeast Asian flavors with Tantalus Vineyards’ exquisite wines in this unique Winemaker’s Dinner.

Bar Oso: La Fiesta
Wrap up Cornucopia on Sunday, November 17th at 6:00 PM with the ultimate Spanish Fiesta at Bar Oso. Expect live DJ beats, authentic Spanish bites with food from Jorge Munoz and James Walt, cocktails, fabulous wines, local beers, and a spirited atmosphere that will leave your taste buds dancing.

The Cellar by Araxi, Bearfoot Bistro, Wild Blue, Il Caminetto, Table Nineteen, Rimrock Café and the Audain Art Museum will also host memorable winery dinners and exclusive cocktail experiences.
