A series of events available at Cornucopia, presented by BlueShore Financial

Whistler, B.C. - Cornucopia, presented by BlueShore Financial gives you plenty of reasons to head out into the crisp, fall nights. The 22nd edition takes place November 8 - 18 and tickets are disappearing as quickly as the summer daylight.

Cornucopia's Signature Tastings - a series of seven evening events - bookend the festival's 11 days. For those looking to "VIP" the experience - Taste Whistler Sommelier Tours* have returned as the optional add-on for two evenings. Taste Whistler's sommeliers engage, educate and entertain guests while guiding the way through the Tasting Room to a select group of wineries. Cornucopia's Signature Tastings include:

House Party: Best of BC (November 8)
Local favourite and perennial sellout, House Party: Best of BC features the best local talent - SIDECUT BBQ, home-grown vodka, micro-brewed beer and much more from BC's land of plenty.

Cellar Door Grand Tasting (November 9)*
Fine wines and champagnes are the theme of this premium tasting event. Producers and winemakers un-cork their portfolio's special bottles for an evening of sampling and savouring.

Crush Grand Tasting + Crush Early Entry (November 10)*
Cornucopia's flagship event - and the highlight for Saturday night - Crush Grand Tasting returns. For those looking for an early access, upgrade to Crush Early Entry.

With a Twist Silent Disco (November 11)
Don those headphones (provided upon entrance) and choose your channel - each playing from three DJ's showcasing their music mix alongside local mixologists showcasing their liquid of choice.

The Picnic (November 15)
The Picnic leads the way into the second weekend.

Night Market: Taste the World (November 16)
A festival favourite - Night Market takes guests on a casual "round the world" tasting of street-style cuisine with a selection of beverages to suit.

Poured Grand Tasting (November 17)
The all-encompassing drink event - from wine, BC craft beer, Canadian cider or spirits - the perfect finale to the signature tasting offerings.

For a preview of the talent behind Cornucopia's various events, seminars, dinners and demonstrations - look no further than the Masterclass Series, a video collection showcasing chefs, sommeliers and mixologists from Whistler's signature bars and restaurants. Each video is designed to excite, educate and offer the viewers just a taste of what can be experienced at Whistler's favourite fall festival. Themes include mixing the perfect infused G+T, building the ultimate charcuterie platter, making a cauliflower-crusted vegetarian pizza, professional wine tasting tips and more. Additional videos are currently in production with releases up to the festival opening.
