Live the Olympic dream in Whistler this winter

Whistler, B.C. – Eight years have passed since Whistler hosted the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, but the spirit is alive in Whistler. While the world stage turns to Pyeongchang over the next two weeks, Whistler will be celebrating that spirit with daily broadcasts, exhibits and activities.
Catch all the action and cheer on the athletes at WhistlerOlympic Plaza from February 9 - 25, 2018 between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Watch the CBC broadcast of Pyeongchang 2018 on the big screen, warm up with a hot beverage and be sure to capture the quintessential shot with the Olympic Rings before the flame burns out.
Strap on the skinny skis in the Callaghan Valley at the Whistler Olympic Park, home to all Nordic events in 2010. Whistler Olympic Park also offers biathlon, snowshoeing, tobogganing for those after a unique adventure in an incredible setting.

The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) and resort partners continue to build on that momentum through the Festivals, Events and Animation (FE&A) program to develop and attract a wide range of high-quality, year-round programming, including an exciting line-up of festivals, events and entertainment for all ages and audiences.
The FE&A program is funded by the Province of British Columbia’s Resort Municipality Initiative (RMI), which invests in programs and projects to build tourism throughout BC. The FE&A program is overseen by the FE&A Oversight Committee comprised of staff from the RMOW and Tourism Whistler, a community member at large and a Whistler council representative.
