Whistler, B.C. – It’s no secret that Whistler has a long-standing crush on food and drink – evidence of this can be seen in the multitude of awards and accolades won by Whistler restaurateurs, brew-masters and sommeliers, the use of farm-fresh menu ingredients from neighbouring communities and the wine, liquor, beer and cider choices from the B.C region.

The jewel in Whistler’s culinary crown is, of course, Cornucopia presented by BlueShore Financial, now celebrating its 19th year.

Cornucopia, renowned for its well-established offering of signature gala tasting events has added a new tasting for 2015 - BREWED: BC Craft Brewers Guild Winter Beer Market. Taking place on Sunday, November 15, this exciting event anchors the festival’s finale weekend. Here is a highlight of Cornucopia’s signature tasting events:

House Party: Best of B.C. (November 5) is one of Whistler’s most scrumptious events of the year. As the official kick-off for the 2015 festival, House Party invites guests to let their hair down and delight in the best of local talent in music, food and drink, we invite you to our house.  Indulge in BBQ from our backyard, home-grown vodka, micro-brewed beer and much more from BC’s land of plenty. CRUSH Gala Grand Tasting (November 7) is the signature tasting event of Cornucopia, creating a vibrant atmosphere for attendees to sip, savour and sample their way through the night. Cornucopia Night Market | Taste of the World (November 13) is a night-market unveiling flavours and aromas from around of the globe.
