Media Visits

Tourism Whistler may provide support to regional, national and international media with confirmed assignments. A minimum of three weeks advance notice is required along with fully completed Media Visit Request Form. Due to the high volume of requests received, each submission is evaluated on a case by case basis.

Our media visiting program can offer the following services:

• Editorial content and fact-checking
• Imagebank access
• B-Roll footage
• Broadcast-quality video footage
• Itinerary planning
• Arranging interview subjects
• Location scouting
• Television crew arrangements
• Advice on permits and insurance

Visiting media are responsible to advise of any travel changes immediately and may be subject to certain conditions, charges, resort fees and/or their own travel insurance requirements.
